Update (06/08): The dog was reunited with its owner Thursday night.
This dog was found on Wednesday morning (June 6) at 47th and Spruce.

His name is Scrappy-do and he lives on Locust between 46th and Farragut on the south side of the street. Seems he is an escape artist, I found him a couple of months ago – I don’t know why he doesn’t have ID tags – he should. I left a message at the number provided.

Patty, if this is the same pooch, please urge the owner(s) to keep him collared, with up-to-date tags, and also get a microchip ID for $20 at PAWS Clinic.
