This year’s second and last Baltimore Avenue Dollar Stroll is happening on Thursday, Sept. 12 and will feature hundreds of $1 items (food, drinks, merchandise, theatre tickets, and more!), as well as live music and entertainment. The event will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. from 43rd to 52nd Streets, and there will also be a special performance at 40th and Baltimore.
Thirty-six Baltimore Avenue businesses and 15 community food and merchandise vendors will participate in the September edition of the Dollar Stroll. Check out this map for more details.
Clancy and Lolli will be doing face painting and making balloons for kids in Cedar Park (49th and Baltimore), and Positive Movement Drumline will hold shows at 6 p.m., 7 p.m., and 8 p.m.
Also, from 5 to 9 p.m. at the former Trolley Car Station Restaurant (40th and Baltimore), Indie-Life will present a special outdoor screening of Daft Punk & Leiji Matsumoto’s INTERSTELLA 5555, an epic love letter to music.
