Three-course lunch/dinner for three prices: University City Dining Days kick off this week

July 18, 2022

The popular local restaurant promotion, University City Dining Days, is returning this week. Beginning Thursday, July 21 and through the end of the month, West Philly residents and guests are invited to enjoy the diverse West Philly restaurant scene with a little less stress on their wallet.

This year’s deals begin at $20 for a three-course lunch or dinner at some participating locations, including such popular restaurants and eateries as Dahlak, Loco Pez, El Taco, New Deck Tavern, Jezabel’s and more. You can also explore more expensive options – for $30 or $40 – from such great establishments as Renata’s Kitchen, Booker’s, Aksum, City Tap House, Dim Sum House, White Dog Cafe and more.

The full list of participating restaurants, their menus and contact info are available on the University City Dining Days website. To make a reservation, please contact each restaurant directly and mention this promotion.

The event is organized by University City District (UCD). If you want to sample Dining Days offerings, stop by the UCD tent at The Porch at 30th Street Station on Tuesday, July 19 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.. and try free samples from Dining Days participants Jezabel’s, Irie Entrée, and Woosa Tea. You can also win Dining Days gift cards and other fun prizes! The rain date for this event will be Wednesday, July 20. RSVP here.
