The Philadelphia School District does “district-wide” Kindergarten Open Houses three times a year (October, March and May). The District picks the dates and makes the announcement and then leaves it up to the individual school communities to make it happen.
For March, the District decided the date is the 6th. The next “district-wide” Kindergarten Open House will be the week of May 21st but the schools get to pick the exact day of the week so there may not be as much overlap.
Some schools also do their own additional Open Houses (Kindergarten and/or the whole school) on their own schedules. It’s best to call the school or visit the school’s website for that information.
