SEPTA has announced new schedules for a number of trolley and bus routes effective June 9. Schedule changes will affect all the trolleys serving West Philadelphia (Route 10, 11, 13, 15, 34, 36) and buses such as Route 21, 42, 43, 44, 52, 64, 65, and Route G. You can download new schedules on the SEPTA website (follow this link).

LOL. The schedules are only good for knowing, roughly, when the first trolley comes, when the last one leaves, and, very, very roughly, how many minutes apart they are *supposed* to be at various times of the day. Otherwise — bird cage liner material.

Philly needs a system like Boston where you can look up the location of any bus or train in real time!

Septa has this. Go to septa.org, look for a link to system status. Find your desired line, and click the tiny red “transitview” icon.
