Mail-in, absentee ballot drop-off events scheduled for 2021 Primary Election

Starting Wednesday, May 5, Philadelphia voters participating in the 2021 Primary Election will be able to drop off their mail-in or absentee ballots at mobile ballot drop-off events, organized by the Philadelphia City Commissioners.

Numerous voted ballot frop-off events, staffed by the personnel from the Board of Elections, have been scheduled at various locations around the city, including in several West Philly neighborhoods:

Overbrook Elementary School (2032 N 62nd St):

• Wednesday, May 5, 4:30-6:30 p.m.;

• Saturday, May 8, 3-5 p.m.

W.C. Longstreth Elementary School (5700 Willows Ave):

• Saturday, May 8, 9-11 a.m.

Alain Locke Elementary School (4550 Haverford Ave):

• Saturday, May 8, 12-2 p.m.;

• Wednesday, May 12, 4:30-6:30 p.m.;

• Sunday, May 16, 12-2 p.m.

ParkWest Town Center (N. 52nd and Jefferson):

• Sunday, May 16, 9-11 a.m.

Please note that voters may only drop off their own ballot, unless the voter who is physically unable to submit their ballot has designated an agent to deliver the ballot and the completed forms.

The 2021 Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, May 18.
