It’s on the vacant storefront at 46th & Cedar. I saw some wire portaits something like this at the most recent Fun-A-Day — same artist?

There have been a few at the old PFCU location by Cedar Point Park – an elephant, and a saxaphonist. They’re totally amazing, whoever the public artist is!
