Hi everyone, I have a room available in my 2bed/2bath around 47th and Baltimore Ave. Rent is $1950 a month ($975 per person) plus electric. Owned by a very nice and responsive local landlord. The lease date is August 1st 2024 - July 31st 2025, but you could move in a bit later in August too. First+last+security to move in.

The apartment has spacious rooms with in unit laundry and new kitchen appliances. No pets please, and no smoking in the unit (totally fine if you do it outside).

About me: I am mid 20s, a librarian, and moving to Philly in August. My job will be based in West Philly and I will be working mostly 9-5 or 11-7. I like spending time both at home and outside of the house, love to cook, visit friends, grow plants, biking, art, and reading books, of course 🙂 I’m organized, clean, and a good communicator, and hope that my roommate would be on the same page with me too.
