This series – hosted by Calvary Church twice a week, Monday evenings (6:30-7:30 pm) and Wednesday mornings (10-11 am) – covers the basics of yoga. It’s suitable for beginners or those who want to deepen their alignment and understanding of the fundamentals. The practice is gentle and accessible, with plenty of modifications to suit each person’s needs. All levels and bodies welcome!
Bring your own mat if possible (some extras will be available). The series is free, though donations are welcome to help offset expenses.
