State Rep. Amen Brown, D-Phila., is holding a winter resource fair and winter coat giveaway from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 16 at 3870 Lancaster Ave.
Brown will be offering the community information and resources about state and local programs that can better prepare people for the cold winter weather. There will also be 500 winter coats of all sizes available for kids in the community.
