This week’s Project MEOW-featured adoptable cat is Teeter, a young male Domestic Short Hair cat. Teeter is a professional cuddler and can be found on or near you at all times.
Teeter
Teeter was found hanging around a community garden, very skinny and limping (thus the name). After a few weeks of cage rest and regular feedings, he is all better. Teeter loves to be around people, and to be petted. He can be talkative and spunky. He is a cat with character who would love to share your home!
Teeter is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, current with shots, treated for fleas and worms, and is litter box trained.
This cat is being fostered through the partnership of Project MEOW and PAWS. To adopt Teeter please complete and return a PAWS adoption application. It is available at the Baltimore Pet Shoppe (4532 Baltimore Ave.) or online. Application and adoption fee ($50.00) applies. Please use number A29300909 when applying to adopt this cat.

Chico
A West Philly Local reader is looking for a new home for his two lovely and beautiful cats, Chico and Mouse Face. The cats owner now often travels out of the country for work and is forced to seek out a new home for them. The cats are around 9 years old; they are brothers from the same litter.
“It would do my heart a world of good to know that perhaps there is a way to find them a good home here in the neighborhood. Knowing that they’re close to me and that I am friendly with the potential new owners would make my life so much better,” the cats owner, Dev wrote in an email.
The following items will be included with the cats:
• auto-feeder
• water fountain
• Cat Genie automated litterbox (Youtube video of how it works)
Dev also would like to compensate the new owners monthly cost of food at the start, provided he met them and they all got along.

West Philly resident Katy and her husband Dave heard a meowing coming from under the hood of a car in the CVS parking lot. They flagged down a CVS employee and asked, “Do you know whose car this is; there’s a kitten stuck in the engine!” It turns out it was his car!
One hour and one random good Samaritan with a jack later, they pulled this little guy safely out of the engine block. Whew! Katy is holding little Fonzy, who looks like he’s not quite certain that he didn’t lose one of his 9 lives in that scary experience.
Fonzy is too young to be adopted just now, so he’ll be fostered by a Project MEOW volunteer until he is ready for all of his vet work. Then he will be available for adoption. If you want to adopt Fonzy, you can apply now by emailing: info@projectmeow.org.

Bubbles and Noah.
Bubbles the Calico and Noah the gentle white cat are best of friends. They’re currently being fostered through Project Meow, a West Philly cat rescue organization. Alas, due to all the cute kittens for adoption no one is interested in adopting two super cuddly adult kitties. If you’re looking for two great companions that won’t climb your drapes or total your lamps, please consider adopting these cats. To find out how to adopt this ready-made family, please email: projectmeowadoptions@gmail.com.
