This grey and white cat showed up at a house near 48th and Trinity about 10 days ago with no collar. A neighbor who emailed us this information suspects that she was an indoor cat as she only wants to eat dry cat food and if let inside is very well behaved. Please call 773 931 1319 with any information.

A reader, Nick, emailed us with this information:
“This morning a very friendly cat showed up on our back porch. She is very friendly and is wearing a flea collar. We are trying to find out if she has a home or is in fact missing. She seems really thin and was very hungry. If anyone know where her happy home is she would greatly appreciate it.”
If this is your cat, please email Nick at: nr3254111@netscape.net

Update (7/3/2012): Sydney is still missing.
Sydney went missing from his home on June 2nd, just after his family moved to 932 S. 49th (between Warrington and Springfield). He had been spotted a few times near his yard, but couldn’t be coaxed back to the house. He hasn’t been seen since a week ago. He was a rescue and is likely to be skittish. No collar or microchip.

On Friday June 29 this cat got out at the intersection of 50th and Baltimore. It is mostly black with hints of orange and brown running through her. Her predominant feature is that she has a split face. She looks like a two face cat, half her face being black and the other half being orange with hints of white.
